The personal line of credit program is stated loans and takes 2-4 days for approval. It is 7-10 days for funding on smaller amounts and 21-30 days for funding on larger amounts. With a good credit score and trades, can get up to 200K in funding. The stronger the file, the maximum funding potential.
No documentation and no employment verification is required. However, if you can show proof of income with W2's and/or paychecks, you will have better funding potential (lower interest rates and maximum approval amount). Please contact me to discuss that further.
